   I. Introduction to Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town
=====================================================================

Harvest Moon is quite a unique series of game, forming a genre of it's 
own. It is a farming simulator, consisting of planting, watering then 
harvesting crops, caring for animals on your farm and relating to the
townspeople. One of the most attractive features of Harvest Moon 
is the ability to choose a potential wife out of the eligible 
bachelorettes within the town, then proceed to woo her with gifts 
and sweet talk.

As you move higher on each girl's heart scale, different events or 
cut-scenes become available. Since most players will only focus on the
heart events of the girl he or she intends to marry, other heart events 
become unavailable. It's the purpose of this guide to allow players 
to read what happens and what is said in each heart event.

Within this guide, anything in capital letters within a heart event refers
to something that happens on the screen. The exception to this is 
CHOICE, which refers to a choice the player has to make of what to 
say. The results of each choice is written within each heart event. What 
you choose to name your character is substituted as (Player name), and is
referred to as Player throughout the guide.

Aren't you glad you're not really sick?

D:
